El-Rufai appoints 28-year-old Khalil as head of Kaduna investment agency
Khalil Nur Khalil, a 28-year-old, has been named as chief secretary of Kaduna investment promotion agency (KADIPA) by Nasir El-Rufai, the governor
Khalil is an alum faculty of business and economics, Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), Cyprus.
Prior his arrangement, Khalil was the speculation insight chief at KADIPA — the most youthful individual to accept the job throughout the entire existence of Kaduna.
