The Zamfara State governor Hon. Bello Mohammed Matawalle, has revealed that his administration has agreed to buy equipped drones with high height that will help with identifying criminals' safe-houses and accumulate knowledge that would prompt consummation revolt in the state.
The governor said he left the country for certain authorities for around two weeks on an authority excursion to the United kingdom and Turkey to track down an enduring answer for the issue of banditry in the state.
"The trip was to look for help with the issues of safety, job creation, and invitation of foreign investor for socio-economy development" he added.
"Zamfara State has turned into the province of banditry in the northern states as well as in Nigeria in general and the state has experienced the obliteration of financial development.
"Presently, the state government has it as a top priority to buy armed drones to get to bandit safe-houses and fix insight get-together to fight the banditry and different guilts in the state"
The governor expressed that the state government has marked a Notice of Comprehension with an unfamiliar firm to build up mineral assets and gold processing plants to address illicit mining and set out work open doors for the residents of the state.
